In order to improve the level of technical support and service issues related to the responsibilities of the IT & Networks Center. You can submit your request in the form of a support sheet and an authorized technician will provide your services.

In order to submit a ticket you need to sign in with your institutional account (@ hua.gr) and only in case this is not possible as you have trouble logging in to your account, then you can create a new ticket without logging in.
